Coaches utilize age-appropriate equipment, teaching competencies,
& events to best suit the player’s development. While not all students progress at the same rate, the ROG Pathway provides a framework to transition based on sound technique & tactical competencies, not
old-school “swim or sink yellow ball over a 6-yr old’s head” mentality.
